At Blood Bike South, our dedicated team of volunteer motorcyclists and drivers provide a vital, free service, ensuring the rapid delivery of urgent medical supplies and other essential items to public hospitals and clinics throughout Southern Ireland. In partnership with other Blood bike Groups we help ensure a seamless transport service on the island of Ireland.

Our mission is to support the healthcare system by offering reliable and timely transport, especially during the night and at weekends, making a significant difference in patient care and outcomes.
